I always aim to ship your pieces as soon as possible, but here’s a clear guide on what to expect:

Ready Made Pieces

I try to send these out quickly, usually within a couple of days.

Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch, just in case things get busy.

Made to Order Pieces

These are crafted specifically for you.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for creation and shipping, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Bespoke Pieces

Bespoke designs take a little longer due to their unique nature and level of detail.

Please allow 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the design and materials involved.
